The Flagrant ® Trainer – Pointy The lads at HAVOC International created the first HAVOC® for us, and due to overwhelming requests from you, our customers, have now added a plastic pointy version to the mix.  Think of it as an aggressive, non-metallic letter opener that also happens to be sharp.  The Trainer DOES NOT come with a sheath but does fit into the one included with the regular HAVOC®.   The Flagrant Beard HAVOC® stems from an essential necessity of law enforcement and military personnel – rapid access to a defensive blade (or letter opener) in a close quarters or weapon retention situation (or mail room…on letters and envelopes…with too much tape).  

The Flagrant ® Trainer – Pointy addresses these issues and more.
