ROM (Range of Motion) Drills, then 4 rds of:

25 4-count mountain climbers

10 heels-to-butt med ball leg curls

25 Russian twists (25# pate)


Strength: Single leg DB Roman deadlifts 8-8-8-8 (each side), superset with DB Curls 8-8-8-8


MetCon: 5 rds for time of

3 snatch-grip deadlifts

6 hanging power snatches

9 overhead squats

1 squat snatch

*If you drop the bar, 5 burpee penalty

-DR 5:46, 95# (Four years ago I did this in 6:04 – must have had more burpees)
