Dynamic warm-up, then Partner WOD.

Teams of 2, complete each couplet for the required reps before moving on to next couplet.  Both partners must be doing work for reps to count.  After each couplet, complete two shuttle sprints (75′ down and back = 1)

  2. 100 TRX leg curls
    1. Russian twists (35# plate)
  3. 100 DB lat pull-overs (50# DB)
    1. DB Curls (35# DB’s)
  4. 80 calorie row
    1. DB triceps extensions (50# DB)
  5. 100 single leg Romanian deadlifts (50# DB)
