Enough for a Monday

Sometimes the hardest thing about working out on Monday is just showing up.  But hey, when all else fails, just do that.  Even if you just going through the motions, the next thing you know, you’ll have finished a workout.

Dynamic Warm-up, then 3 rds of:

500m Row

10 Sandbag trunk rotating cleans (70# sandbag)

10 clapping push-ups

20 double-unders


Then, 30-20-10 of:

Wall-balls (20#)





DB Shoulder Press 6-7-7-7-7

DB Curls 8-8-8-8-8
