Man, sometimes a workout looks simple and you think it should fly by pretty fast, and then for whatever reason, the exercise combo’s create this horrific elixir of pain that just smack you sideways.  My wife absolutely crushed me on this workout.

Range of Motion (ROM) Drills.  Really take the time to warm yourself up.

12 Days of Christmas Workout – Do the exercises just like the song.  First day, then second + first, then third, second first, and so on.  For time:

Start with a 1 mile run, then

1 Sumo Deadlift High-Pull (115/55 lbs)
2 Thrusters (115/55 lbs)
3 Push Press (115/55 lbs)
4 Power Cleans (115/55 lbs)
5 Power Snatches (115/55 lbs)
6 Kettlebell Swings (72/35 lbs)
7 Strict Pull-Ups
8 Knees-to-Elbows
9 Box Jumps (30/20 in)
10 Double Unders
11 Burpees
12 Overhead Walking Lunges (45/25 lbs Plate)

Finish with 1 mile run
